Knowledge or experience related to sustainability, particularly climate-change response, is also required, together with communication and stakeholder-coordination skills.
PC skills, document preparation, and presentation skills are preferred. English ability needed to perform the work, including a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, is preferred. Experience in lending or product work for large companies, sustainable finance, corporate sustainability strategy, or ESG management consulting is also welcomed.
The position is based in Tokyo. It is a permanent employee position with no fixed contract term and a six-month probationary period during which salary remains unchanged. Standard working hours are 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 scheduled working hours and a 60-minute break. Flextime may apply depending on the department. Work may include overtime and holiday duties.
