Systems Auditor

This position is part of the Internal Audit Group's Operations Audit Department. The role conducts internal audit work related to the company's operations, including systems audits. The main systems-audit responsibility is to verify the effectiveness of controls related to company systems.

Applicants must have either experience in systems auditing or experience in systems development or similar work together with an interest in systems auditing. Preferred qualifications include the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), first-class securities sales representative or internal control manager qualifications, and business-level English.

The employment type is full-time and permanent, with no fixed contract term. Depending on experience, an individual employment treatment may be offered. The position is based in Tokyo, and work from home is possible. The department has a flextime system with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00. The standard schedule is 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 working hours and a 60-minute break; where flextime applies, the department's operating rules are followed.

Regular holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays on December 31, January 2, and January 3. Annual paid leave is 21 days, although the amount in the first year depends on the hiring month, and other special leave is available. Overtime and work on holidays may be required.

Salary is negotiable. Monthly pay is determined under company rules based on ability, suitability, and other factors. The monthly salary may include a fixed overtime allowance. If that allowance applies, additional overtime beyond the prescribed hours is paid according to the hours worked. Overtime and holiday-work allowances are not provided for employees classified as managers or supervisors. Commuting expenses are paid in full and a lunch subsidy may be provided under company rules. A six-month probationary period applies, with the same salary during probation.

Some costs for obtaining or maintaining work-related qualifications are subsidized, partially or fully, under the applicable system. Indoor smoking is prohibited, with no designated indoor smoking area. Assigned duties may change to duties determined by the company, and the work location may change to company-designated locations, including places where telework is performed.
