Insurance Product Planning

This role is part of USEN Insurance Group株式会社's business administration department and focuses on insurance product planning and business expansion. The employee will work directly with the president and external consultants, coordinating with group companies and considering alliances with non-life insurance companies and other partners.

Responsibilities include researching and planning insurance products, reviewing the Insurance Business Act and other related laws and regulations, assessing what business activities are possible under those rules, and proposing ideas for insurance products and policy riders. The role also involves planning and coordinating collaboration with companies across USEN＆U-NEXT GROUP.

The employee will negotiate and coordinate with relevant government authorities. Duties include adjusting policy wording, arranging legal checks, presenting the basis for premium calculations, maintaining necessary data, logically explaining differences and advantages compared with other insurers' products, and preparing presentation materials.

Required qualifications are knowledge of insurance-related laws and regulations, including the Insurance Business Act, Insurance Contract Act, and Act on the Protection of Personal Information, as well as experience in research and analysis at an insurance company. Experience negotiating with government agencies, negotiating alliances with other companies, developing insurance products, preparing presentation materials, or analyzing data with Excel is welcomed.

The position is based in Shibuya, Tokyo. Remote work is available and is used approximately twice per week. The employee is hired by U-NEXT HOLDINGS and seconded to USEN Insurance Group株式会社.
