Marketing operations leads the optimization of the marketing operating model as the marketing leader’s support. Responsibilities include preparing data and marketing infrastructure for data-driven decisions and PDCA activities, resolving organizational issues, and empowering teams in coordination with marketing unit leaders and market development leaders.

The role covers B2B marketing for a broad customer range from enterprises to startups, using digital and in-person channels. It may use the first-party customer data collected by KARTE’s real-time analysis platform to understand customers and inform marketing activities. The work involves planning and executing strategies for complex product and market issues.
