Build and run customer success for the new Loglass AI IR business, covering onboarding, adoption, health-score-based support, communities, product feedback, and repeatable playbooks.
About this role
This full-time role supports customers using Loglass, a cloud management system for collecting, integrating, managing, and analyzing financial figures and KPI data for corporate planning and management control.
Responsibilities cover the customer lifecycle from commercial discussions through implementation and ongoing adoption. The role proposes ways to improve customers’ management-control operations, supports implementation projects jointly with customers, and proposes more advanced use of Loglass. It also handles customer support concerning product functions and specifications, communicates feature requests and requirements to the product team, publishes product-related information through support sites, and develops and operates processes and systems that improve customer experience and business operations.
Depending on experience and career direction, the successful candidate may take on several customer success or pre-sales responsibilities. Multiple roles may be experienced over a short period as part of development. The team also creates delivery services that complement the product and works closely with the product organization to relay customer feedback into product development.
Required experience includes at least five years in one or more of the following areas: IT consulting in management control, accounting, ERP, or DX strategy; business consulting in management accounting or back-office business process reform; project management or IT architecture at an SIer involving enterprise core-system implementation; consulting, pre-sales, or customer success management for enterprise SaaS or packaged software in management control, accounting, or ERP; or corporate or business planning with a central role in internal process reform or system implementation projects. Multiple types of experience and a total of at least ten years are preferred.
Experience implementing or operating EPM, BI, or ERP tools, accounting knowledge equivalent to a certified public accountant or Bookkeeping Level 2 or above, and IT knowledge of data integration such as APIs and ETL are welcome. Candidates with middle-management experience overseeing five or more people may be considered for a manager-track position.
The team includes people with backgrounds in corporate planning, consulting, customer success, and sales. It is still developing its organization and operating systems, and the role involves contributing to that development rather than only following an established division of responsibilities.
