Depending on aptitude and interests, the person joins through an account executive or customer success role. Responsibilities include leading go-to-market strategy from planning through execution; participating with the business owner and product manager in planning and executing the business plan, including revenue targets and business KPIs; designing repeatable sales and customer-success processes and playbooks from an unstructured launch-stage environment; and connecting qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to the development team while contributing to product strategy.
