CPO (Chief Product Officer)

This role holds overall product responsibility for newmo's new staffing business for essential workers (medical/nursing care, logistics/transport). Working alongside the business lead, the CPO will define product vision and drive the roadmap. The role requires getting directly involved in career advisors' (CA) field work—hearings, job proposals, condition negotiation, feedback—to figure out how to collect and structure unstructured conversation and text data, then build it into operations and product. Responsibilities include breaking down existing funnel metrics to identify lever metrics and turning them into measurement, improvement, and operational processes; working with engineers and designers to drive execution from MVP through operation and improvement; ensuring what is built is actually adopted and continuously used in the field, not just shipped; and, together with the business lead, shaping the future vision of the product/business and turning it into an actionable roadmap that is executed through to agreement and implementation.
