The position is a permanent full-time role in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Annual compensation is JPY 8.0 million to JPY 13.5 million, paid in 12 monthly installments under an annual salary system. Working hours use a flextime system with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00 and a 60-minute break; some positions are not covered by flextime. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other company-designated leave. Annual paid leave is granted from the date of joining, with 15 days in the second year and 20 days from the third year; leave can be taken in one-hour units. Some positions may be exceptions to weekend and public-holiday holidays.

Social insurance covers employees’ pension, employment insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and health insurance through the Kanto IT Software Health Insurance Society. Commuting expenses are paid according to company rules for direct employees.
