Enterprise Success Architect

As ANDPAD scales its enterprise business, this role goes beyond conventional customer success to face complex enterprise requirements and core-system integration, positioned as a "success architect."

The role leads success activities (business design, system implementation, adoption, embedding) for large customers, including designing success plans and leading projects for very large (tens of thousands of users) customers, and system renewal and business-flow redesign involving the customer's core systems. SIer / IT-consulting experience is welcomed. The role suits people who want to lead high-difficulty enterprise projects, engage deeply with customers and industry to solve essential problems and renew core systems, and work on a developing (not finished) business.
