ANDPAD, which provides the cloud-based construction project management platform ANDPAD, is launching a new staffing business for the construction industry called Builder Work. This role is a founding member of that business, combining the career-advisor and recruiting-advisor functions that are normally split at other agencies into a single position. Duties on the client side include hearing hiring needs from construction firms and contractors, understanding company culture and conditions, proposing matching candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and following up over hiring processes that can take several months. On the candidate side, the role conducts phone consultations about career history and desired working conditions, introduces suitable job openings, supports interview preparation and the application process, and follows up after placement to support long-term retention. Required experience is individual sales (e.g. insurance, securities, car dealership, or wedding-planner sales); no prior recruiting or career-advisory experience is required. Full-time, based in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, mostly office-based, with flextime (10:00-19:00, core hours 11:00-15:00). Annual salary is ¥5,000,000-¥6,000,000, including 45 hours of fixed overtime pay, with raises and bonuses twice a year.
