Required qualifications include experience leading projects for business improvement, system development, or value creation, including leadership from requirements organization through implementation and adoption. Experience structuring business issues, designing target states, organizing current states and PoC plans, and building stakeholder agreement is required. Candidates must also have experience discussing and reaching agreement on implementation approaches at the same level of detail as developers, experience developing web applications or business systems, or experience in IT system or software sales or presales.
Preferred knowledge includes generative AI, including prompt design, evaluation perspectives, and basic RAG understanding; data extraction, visualization, and analysis using SQL or BI tools; UI, UX, and design; and basic IT system and machine-learning knowledge.
