Experience from an audit corporation, tax advisory corporation or consulting firm is welcomed, as is experience at a bank or trust bank involving credit operations or corporate relationship management, or individual and corporate sales experience at a securities company. Preferred qualifications include tax accountant or certified public accountant credentials; subject-pass candidates and those studying toward these qualifications are also included.

The position is full-time and based in Tokyo. The employment contract has no fixed term, with a six-month probationary period and unchanged salary during probation. Standard hours are 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 working hours and a 60-minute break; flextime may apply depending on the department. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the year-end/New Year period. Annual paid leave is 21 days, subject to an adjustment in the first year based on the hiring month. Overtime and holiday work may be required. Salary is determined under company rules and is not numerically specified.
