Career advisor and founding core member for newmo's human-resources business "newジョブ," a staffing service specialized in taxi drivers that launched in 2025 as part of newmo's mission to redesign regional mobility infrastructure. The team plans to grow from around ten members to about fifty by the end of 2026 and to expand into other essential-worker fields such as construction, manufacturing and care.

As a career advisor (CA), the hire supports job seekers at turning points in their lives while also helping build the mechanisms to scale the business. Specific duties include counseling job seekers by web and phone about desired work styles, conditions and concerns; proposing jobs and supporting the selection process (interview preparation and application-document support); supporting decision-making and follow-up through to joining; relaying field feedback to the product team for improvement; and organization-building such as mentoring new members and managing team KPIs.

The role uses AI products (automatic interview-record structuring and a talk-feedback system) so advisors can focus on human support. It is positioned as a future leadership/management role. Employment is full-time (正社員) at the Toranomon, Tokyo office. The posting is in Japanese.
