Clients are listed companies in the Tokyo metropolitan area in non-manufacturing sectors such as telecommunications, IT services, games and content, human resources, SaaS, and fintech. The position involves collaboration with coverage bankers, product teams, and overseas divisions.
Required capabilities include strong motivation and initiative, accurate analytical and logical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, and either expertise in finance, accounting, legal affairs, or taxation or willingness to acquire such knowledge. Basic PC skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the ability to prepare materials are required. The position is a permanent employee role in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Working hours are 8:40 to 17:10 with a one-hour break. Holidays include a five-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
