Corporate Management Strategy / Corporate Planning

This role sits within ExaWizards’ group corporate planning function and supports management-level decision-making across a company developing AI services, generative AI and AI-agent solutions, SaaS products, and PaaS capabilities. The position addresses the group as a whole, including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, with a focus on improving enterprise value.

The work covers company-wide strategy and numerical planning, budget-versus-actual management, KPI management and analysis, and preparation and operation of management meetings. It also includes M&A strategy, target research, process management, due diligence coordination, investor meetings, equity-story development, corporate actions, and initiatives to maximize group synergies. The role requires strong logical thinking and basic numerical skills, the ability to lead fast-paced discussions with executives, a strong interest in management, AI, software, and new businesses, and approximately three to ten years of professional experience. Prior corporate-planning experience is not required.
