Corporate Planning

This corporate planning role covers company-wide strategy and planning work. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of management strategy, collecting and analyzing data, reviewing the business portfolio, preparing business plans and monitoring their implementation, and planning and advancing projects that span the company and administrative departments. The role also involves optimizing internal processes, proposing improvements, reporting to executives and department heads, and providing strategic advice.

Required qualifications include experience in planning work at an operating company, or experience at a professional firm such as a consulting, advisory or investment banking firm. Candidates must have strong analytical ability, strategic thinking skills and project management experience.

Preferred experience includes working at an operating company, including a SaaS business; managing projects involving multiple departments; working in sales enablement; and implementing or operating Salesforce. The role also seeks people who support the company mission and vision, take ownership of their work, approach issues objectively and logically based on facts, and are motivated to develop their capabilities.

RevComm develops software and databases using AI, voice and cloud technologies. The corporate planning function works with executives and business leaders on organization-wide decisions and planning related to this business.

The work location is Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, near Tokyo Station. Full remote work is available from home or another location where information security is maintained, subject to exceptions for some positions.

After consultation, the planned employment arrangement is either regular employment or contract employment. The selection process is document screening followed by one to three interviews, with reference checks before the final interview for business positions. Applicants whose native language is not Japanese are asked to provide their JLPT level, such as N1, N2 or N3, where possible.
