This role serves as a coverage banker for listed companies in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The banker develops hypotheses that may contribute to a client’s enterprise value, discusses them with clients and internal stakeholders, turns them into proposals, presents them to client decision-makers, and connects the proposals to winning engagements. The role then acts as a control tower through execution and realization of the transaction or initiative.
Required qualifications include experience in client-facing business and communication skills, with corporate business experience welcomed. Experience at a consulting firm, M&A advisory firm, trading company, bank or securities company is particularly welcomed.
