Applicants must have at least two years of experience developing products for a membership platform and web services or applications using that platform, or at least two years of practical experience in advertising media or marketing analysis, or at least three years of experience operating order-processing systems, including e-commerce sites. Experience with requirements definition and progress management for web services or products is welcome. Other preferred experience includes launching and operating a new e-commerce site, order and inventory management, production coordination or project management in entertainment fields such as games, anime, or CG video, media or digital marketing work, and professional use of a language other than Japanese.
The position requires regular communication with related departments, clear logical explanations, the ability to identify marketing effects after understanding and evaluating products, and an interest in entertainment business.
