This is a secondment position at a group company, initially assigned to the Investment Planning Support Office of Daiwa Corporate Investment. The position is a player-level role.
The role supports fundraising for the establishment of new funds. Main activities include proposing fund investments to financial institutions and operating companies and assisting with investor recruitment. The work is mainly backup support carried out in coordination with front-office staff.

The employment type is permanent employment. The salary is determined through consultation and explained during the interview process. The work location is in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Working hours are 8:40 to 17:10 with a one-hour break. Holidays include a five-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays. Annual paid leave is 17 to 23 days, prorated for mid-year hires, with hourly annual leave, nursing leave, and parental leave programs. Smoking is prohibited during working hours. A reference check may be requested during the selection process.
