Holidays include a five-day workweek with Saturdays and Sundays off, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period. Annual paid leave is 17 to 23 days, prorated for mid-year hires; hourly annual leave, nursing care leave, and maternity and childcare leave systems are also available.
