The position is full-time and based at the company’s headquarters in Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Working hours are 9:00 to 18:00, including a 60-minute break. Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and December 30 through January 3 are holidays, with 120 annual holidays stated. A once-yearly holiday workday may occur for the TBM CAMP off-site meeting. Salary is determined monthly based on experience, skills, and potential, with an estimated annual range of 6,000,000 to 12,000,000 JPY. Evaluation and salary revisions are conducted twice a year.
