Career Advisor for Essential Workers (Construction Management)

A Career Advisor (CA) role specializing in the construction-management field at a mobility startup's new job-placement business for essential workers. The construction-management field is a core industry facing structural challenges — labor shortages, long hours and information asymmetry — worsened by overtime-cap regulations that took effect for construction from April 2024, forcing companies to change how they work and candidates to judge where they can sustainably work. The mission is to build the winning approach for the construction-management field on the ground during the launch phase, not just running interviews and placements but creating repeatable patterns for the team. Responsibilities cover: career-advisor work (interviews and career hearings with construction-management professionals across building, civil, facilities and electrical; decision support based on experience, aptitude and lifestyle; job proposals, application support, interview prep, and follow-up through offer, joining and retention); launch-phase systematization (decomposing one's own success into repeatable talk/interview designs and criteria, KPI/funnel analysis and bottleneck countermeasures); job acquisition and employer-side support (developing relationships with hiring companies, organizing requirements and improving selection processes); and product collaboration.
