HR Planning Business Partner

atama plus provides the AI learning material atama＋ to more than 4,500 cram school and preparatory school classrooms nationwide. The company also operates the learning schools 進学個別 atama＋塾 and atama＋ オンライン塾, provides university programs including entrance-examination and pre-enrollment education, and began offering employee education programs for companies in March 2026. The role is based at the company’s location in Bunkyo, Tokyo.

The position is part of the HR Planning team, which handles human resources and organizational issues other than recruitment and labor management. As a central team member and business partner, the role requires understanding management policies and the strategies of each business, defining the organization’s desired state and identifying organizational issues, then contributing proactively to business growth.

Responsibilities cover the full process from discovering and structuring people and organization issues to planning solutions, executing and operating initiatives, and improving them. The role leads individual themes through active coordination with executive members and the leaders responsible for each business.
