HRBP Executive Search Specialist

Money Forward is hiring an HRBP Executive Search Specialist to find and recruit top product managers and other leading talent who are not on the active job market. Working directly with the chief product officer and executives, the specialist links organizational strategy to hiring.

The work starts with defining the product-manager profile the future portfolio needs, researching startups and large ventures in Japan and abroad, and building target lists. The specialist then writes personalized approaches for each candidate, designs touchpoints with executives, and builds long-term relationships with people who are not looking yet. The role also proposes changes to evaluation and development environments to attract top talent, and designs onboarding.

Applicants need proven results in one of these areas: executive search at a retained or success-fee agency placing executives and business heads, direct sourcing of product managers, engineering managers or business heads in a company, or hiring support at a private equity or venture capital fund. Product and technology understanding, HRBP experience and business-level English are preferred.
