HRBP Executive Search Specialist

Money Forward seeks an executive recruiter (HRBP / Executive Search Specialist) to build an approach-driven hiring organization that works with executives to attract top latent talent — especially next-generation PdMs and engineering leaders who don't appear in the existing recruiting market. The mission is to discover, attract and hire top talent that rewrites the company's future map, entering the core of strategy with executives and product heads: which product needs which people to dramatically raise product value, and designing a high-resolution hiring strategy backworked from the ideal organization. Work: target identification and strategic org/market research (defining, with the CPO, the required PdM profile including values and career direction, building target lists, deeply researching notable startups through mega-ventures, and sourcing candidates); individually optimized approach strategy and execution (analyzing candidates, building personalized 'why you, why now' messages, designing optimal touchpoints with the CPO and members, and producing the full interview experience); and mid-to-long-term talent-relationship building (long-term touchpoints with high-class talent not currently job-seeking, business-progress sharing and events, becoming the most trusted partner when they reach a career turning point). The role can extend into onboarding design and organizational design so hires quickly deliver value. Full-time, based in Tamachi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
