Analyst and Associate candidates should have experience in corporate finance at an investment bank, accounting firm, M&A boutique, bank or other financial institution, law firm, operating company, or fund. Relevant experience includes M&A advisory, investment banking coverage, principal investment, and M&A finance. Basic knowledge of corporate finance, company law, taxation, and accounting is required. Business-level PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools, are also required. Experience using information providers such as FactSet, Capital IQ, or SPEEDA is required. English ability at approximately TOEIC 730 or above is welcomed but not required.
Vice President candidates must have at least five years of corporate finance experience in the listed types of organizations and experience managing projects either as a project manager or as a substantially responsible project manager under the supervision of a senior colleague.
