The mission is consultative, solution-based selling that uses HR/payroll/labor-management as an entry point to drive broader back-office digital transformation across Money Forward's SaaS/ERP product lineup, rather than selling a single tool. Responsibilities include engaging multiple layers of stakeholders (frontline staff, IT departments, HR directors, and executives) to build consensus, analyzing a client's current workflows to design and propose a target-state business process, and feeding enterprise customer needs back to the product development team. Required: 3+ years of corporate (B2B) sales experience (intangible products, IT, or consulting backgrounds expected), a track record of forming hypotheses and proposing logical solutions to client problems, and a mindset comfortable questioning existing methods and driving change. Preferred: sales experience with SaaS, ERP, HR tech, or enterprise system implementations, and experience winning multi-stakeholder, project-based sales at companies of 300-3,000 employees. Full-time, based in Tamachi, Tokyo; annual salary JPY 6,500,000-10,050,000 (includes a fixed overtime allowance); flextime system; hybrid work style requiring at least 2 office days per week (3+ recommended).
