This is a full-time regular employee role based in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The annual salary range is JPY 4,000,000 to JPY 12,000,000. The listed monthly base salary is JPY 254,579 to JPY 763,414, with a position allowance of JPY 78,900 to JPY 236,600. The allowance covers 40 hours of fixed overtime, while overtime exceeding 40 hours is paid separately with the applicable premium. The office is approximately five minutes from Higashi-Ginza Station, six minutes from Ginza Station, nine minutes from Shimbashi Station, three minutes from Tsukijishijo Station, and eight minutes from Shiodome Station.

Working hours use a flextime system with core hours from 11:00 to 16:00 and a 60-minute break during working hours. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, December 29 through January 3, annual paid leave granted upon joining, bereavement leave, and 125 annual holidays.
