Operation Group Leader

RAKSUL is hiring an Operation Group Leader for the supply chain management (SCM) department of its core RAKSUL service. The group handles the operations that deliver products and services to customers while working with partner companies, and builds and improves operations so they run smoothly as orders grow.

Duties include building operations when new products or systems are launched, improving operations by reducing effort and raising quality, and managing the group: members' work, escalations, negotiating with partners and cost control. The group uses automation with GAS and Python and data extraction with SQL, and acts as a hub linking several departments. The leader is expected to take the lead on team management and escalation early, and later to design and improve large operations across departments.

Applicants need operations improvement experience, experience negotiating with business partners, intermediate spreadsheet functions, and experience managing a team of a few to around ten people in work management, evaluation and development. Experience improving work with other departments and project progress is preferred.
