The position is based at the company's headquarters in Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Working hours are 9:00 to 18:00, including a 60-minute break. Regular holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and December 30 through January 3, with 120 annual holidays; company-calendar working days may occur on some Saturdays or holidays. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and potential, with a monthly salary system and two salary reviews per year.
