Applicants must have practical experience in alternative investments or asset securitization-related work. Experience in real estate asset management, real estate securitization arrangement, or real estate investment and finance is desirable, while other alternative investment experience may also be accepted. Overseas real estate experience is additionally desirable.

Required computer skills include Excel functions for aggregation and chart creation, along with Word and PowerPoint for preparing client-facing proposal materials. Desired experience includes asset management, alternative finance, trust, investment advisory, or overseas-related work. Relevant qualifications may include an analyst certification from the Securities Analysts Association of Japan, CFA, the Real Estate Securitization Master qualification, or TOEIC 730 or above.

The position is permanent employment in Tokyo. The standard schedule is 8:40 to 17:10, with 7.5 working hours and a 60-minute break; flextime may apply depending on the department. The probationary period is six months, with the same salary. The role may involve overtime and holiday work.
