Money Forward X, a Money Forward group company that builds services with financial institutions, is hiring a Product Manager for its financial institution DX services, the Mikatano series, and the new BANK Biz. BANK Biz is a corporate financial service that handles multiple accounts, lending and transfers together.
Working with the lead product manager, the person first learns the whole product, then owns an area such as lending or cash management from feature planning through requirements, specifications and development direction. The work includes competitor and user research, discussions with financial institutions to agree on requirements and priorities, project management, planning growth measures with data analysis and working with engineers in Japan and abroad, including in English.
Applicants need at least two of the following: three or more years as a product or project manager for B2B web or mobile services, experience writing specifications and driving projects with engineers and designers, an understanding of back-end systems and experience driving a cross-team project as owner. Experience with financial systems and new service launches is preferred.
