Student Intern Recruitment Marketing

newmo runs "new Job," a staffing business focused on essential workers such as taxi drivers, delivery staff, construction supervisors, and caregivers. As the company scales its career-advisor hiring, it needs job postings that communicate clearly enough to guide candidates' decisions and improve application, screening, and offer-acceptance rates. This student internship covers the recruitment-marketing side of that effort: planning job content by identifying which information most influences candidate decisions and how postings should be structured; conducting on-site interviews and photography at partner companies to gather firsthand information not available from desk research; writing and improving job listings and interview articles, with AI-assisted quality checks; and analyzing post-application behavior to determine what influenced decisions and to improve conversion rates. The intern works alongside the company's recruiting advisors. As the role and organization grow, scope may expand beyond content production to include gathering client job requirements and developing new client companies.
