This role will join the Sustainability Solutions Promotion Department within Global Investment Banking. The department develops sustainability finance proposals for listed and unlisted domestic companies and public-sector corporations, connecting clients' fundraising needs with SDGs and ESG objectives.
Responsibilities include proposing suitable fundraising solutions, developing sustainability strategies and narratives with product specialists, and identifying market communication points. The role will acquire and manage structuring agent mandates for SDGs bonds, SDGs-linked IPOs and SDGs-linked public offerings, helping each transaction reach successful completion. During execution, the person will coordinate between issuing clients and specialist organizations such as third-party evaluation providers, and will handle post-transaction reporting and ongoing client support.
The position covers both debt and equity finance, including IPO-related proposals and execution. It also involves working with overseas evaluation organizations, ICMA, CBI, securities industry associations and other relevant authorities, as well as responding to domestic and international media. The role will coordinate with the company's global network and group companies, and participate in the operation of client seminars that communicate SDGs and ESG information.
