The role also covers acquiring global talent to support further international growth, planning and promoting initiatives related to recruiting women and foreign-national candidates as part of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, and creating and implementing new measures in response to changes in the recruitment market. Team management is included in the scope of the position.

At least three years of experience in new graduate recruitment operations is required. Experience managing an organization equivalent to a section or team, experience handling recruitment at a scale of more than 100 people annually, and project management skills or experience are welcomed.

The position is based in Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Hybrid work combining office attendance and remote work is available, with office attendance approximately three days per week. Standard working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with a standard working time of 7 hours and 45 minutes per day. A flextime system without core hours is available, and overtime work may occur.

The employment status is regular employee. Annual compensation is estimated at JPY 8.5 million to JPY 11 million.
