Tenant Comprehensive Insurance Credit Management

This full-time position handles tenant comprehensive insurance claims for business operators. The work supports policyholders after accidents so that affected stores can return to normal operations as quickly as possible.

Daily responsibilities include interviewing policyholders to establish the facts of an incident, explaining required documents, and requesting submissions. The role reviews photographs and documents for incidents such as water damage and fire, determines the amount of loss, and assesses whether damage is covered under the insurance contract. It also prepares internal approval documents for payments and coordinates with relevant departments before payment is executed. External coordination includes discussions with insurance assessors and repair companies, as well as process coordination with sales, legal, and product teams.

Required qualifications are practical experience handling accidents at a non-life insurance company, knowledge of loss assessment, and basic Excel skills for data entry and management, including comfort with functions. Experience handling fire insurance or other specialty insurance claims is welcomed. Practical experience using Excel for data aggregation and analysis is also welcomed. The role seeks people who can contribute to team processes through manuals and knowledge sharing, respond patiently and honestly to customer difficulties, consider team workload, and make fact-based decisions when situations have no precedent.

The position is part of a small loss service organization with one department manager and four members. The team shares knowledge on difficult cases and works in a flat structure where improvement proposals can be adopted quickly. The assigned company is USEN少額短期保険株式会社, which provides small-amount short-term insurance for business operators as part of USEN＆U-NEXT GROUP. Assignment is made from U-NEXT HOLDINGS to the relevant operating company.

The work location is 9-8 Shinsencho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Employment is full time. Remote work is available at approximately two days per week after consultation within the team.
