The Account Manager is a senior member of the Customer Success organization responsible for managing contracted customer accounts. Its products include Loglass Management Control, workforce planning, IT investment management, sales planning, capital investment planning and AI IR. The business is also developing Loglass AI Agents for strategic decision-making in corporate finance and is promoting the use of data and generative AI. Applicants must have at least five years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate sales, account management or presales at an SIer or IT vendor; or developing medium- to long-term account plans and deepening relationships with existing customers. Examples include enterprise presales at an IT vendor and enterprise account sales at an IT vendor or SIer. Preferred experience or knowledge includes project promotion at a consulting firm or SIer, management control or management accounting in an operating company, budget or forecast preparation, financial accounting or financial accounting systems, and Customer Success or account management in a SaaS or subscription business.

The position is full-time with an indefinite contract and a three-month probationary period, extendable to six months. Annual compensation is listed as JPY 7,000,000 to JPY 12,000,000 and is determined according to experience and skills.
