This role supports accounting and financial management for Panasonic Connect’s field solutions business. For projects and individual engagements, responsibilities include profitability and cost management, reviewing estimates, pricing and contract terms in relation to profitability, receivables management, asset management, and detecting risks such as expected losses. The position also supports working-capital and cash-generation improvements, operation and improvement of internal controls and compliance, and monitoring under the group governance framework.

The field solutions area serves businesses including supply chains, public services, living infrastructure and entertainment. The accounting and finance group oversees closing, accounting controls and management for this area, supporting business decisions and governance through management accounting and financial management.

Applicants must have practical accounting experience in a manufacturer, trading company, financial institution or similar organization, including experience with closing, income and expenditure analysis, cash management or business planning. A second-grade Japan Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent accounting and financial knowledge is required. Certified public accountant or tax accountant qualifications and a TOEIC score of 650 or higher are welcomed.

The position is full-time. Standard working hours are 9:00 to 17:30, with a standard daily working time of 7 hours 45 minutes. A flextime system without core hours is available, overtime may occur, and remote work is available with attendance approximately three days per week. The listed work locations are in Chuo and Shinagawa wards of Tokyo and Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa. The annual salary range is 4.3 million to 7.1 million JPY. The position has a three-month probationary period in principle.
