Product Business Intern

The Product Business Intern supports the Product Team and its product managers across the product lifecycle for AI products such as Sakana Chat, Sakana Marlin, and Sakana Fugu. Day-to-day work includes organizing user feedback, drafting requirements, assisting feature launches, investigating user inquiries, drafting replies, maintaining FAQs and help documentation, and feeding user input into the product roadmap.

The intern supports enterprise sales activities for domestic and global clients by preparing presentation materials, taking meeting notes, and completing post-meeting follow-ups. Other responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research on LLM and generative AI products, turning findings into actionable insights, tracking usage and support metrics, preparing simple dashboards and regular reports, and assisting with campaign operations and event preparation. The role involves collaboration within a global team that works in both Japanese and English.

Applicants should be enrolled in a university or graduate school, or have equivalent early-career experience. This is an internship based in Tokyo for a minimum of three months at 40 hours per week.
