About this role
This recruitment marketing role owns the process from designing RevComm’s employer brand to producing content, optimizing the recruitment funnel, and measuring results. It is the company’s first recruitment marketer, responsible for establishing target audiences, messaging and operating methods while working closely with management and internal teams.
Day-to-day work includes planning, interviewing, writing and editing content for the recruitment website, note and social media. The role develops angles based on an understanding of the MiiTel product and RevComm’s business model, and communicates the appeal of engineering, business and corporate positions. It also builds an AI-assisted production workflow to improve quality and productivity. External agencies and freelancers may be used, but planning and interviews are expected to remain in-house rather than being limited to external vendor direction.
The position defines and updates employer value proposition messaging, organizes RevComm’s distinguishing points against competitors, and designs target-specific appeals using 3C analysis. It plans and operates meetups and recruitment events, supports speakers, assists with personal branding for key people, and designs and reviews campaign KPIs such as application cost and the conversion rate from application to interview. Additional talent acquisition support includes funnel KPI analysis, weekly dashboard operation, evaluation of recruitment initiatives, referral programs and alumni planning for a talent pool.
Required qualifications include approximately three or more years of practical experience in a company-side role involving recruitment public relations, recruitment branding or owned-media content production. Candidates must have completed projects from planning through interviewing, writing and publication themselves; experience limited to directing outsourced production is not considered sufficient. The role also requires experience tailoring messaging to target audiences after understanding the employer’s products and business model, coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating strong Japanese writing, information organization, logical thinking and a candidate perspective.
Preferred experience includes recruitment communications or content production in B2B or SaaS, technology or engineering content, technical public relations, event operations, AI-assisted production, digital marketing fundamentals such as GA4, social analytics, SEO/SEM and performance advertising, funnel KPI operation, and direction of photo, video or design production.
The position is listed as full-time. The posting states that the final arrangement may be regular employment or contract employment after consultation. Work is centered on remote work, with full remote work possible from a location where information security can be maintained, including home, subject to exceptions for some positions. Hours use a flextime system without core hours. Annual compensation is 6.0–8.5 million JPY depending on experience and ability; the stated example includes 45 hours of overtime allowance per month, with additional premium pay for overtime beyond 45 hours. Benefits include company-provided Mac or Windows equipment, transportation allowance, company housing, social insurance, subsidies for books, multilingual lessons, babysitting, seminars, study meetings and qualifications, and approved side work. Leave includes weekends and national holidays, annual paid leave, year-end and summer leave, family leave, birthday leave, bereavement leave and other statutory leave. The probationary period is six months with the same pay and待遇. The selection process is document screening followed by one to three interviews, with a reference check before the final interview.
