DX Consultant

This position provides DX consulting for major real-estate developers and financial institutions using estie's products, including estie Office Research. The work supports digital transformation in the commercial real-estate industry, particularly office real estate, and the expansion of services for large clients.

The consultant identifies clients' management and operational issues and extracts their underlying needs. The role then plans and delivers solutions by making use of estie's products and resources. Responsibilities include designing and supporting business operations for major clients using estie products; analyzing client issues and providing data-based consulting; collecting the data and functions needed to solve client issues and reflecting them in estie's products; and contributing to digital transformation and the creation of industry standards in real estate.

When an engagement becomes a project, the consultant works directly with the client, manages the project, and handles solution delivery. The role is also expected to lead organization-growth activities, including recruiting, employee development, and business process improvement. Other stated activities include converting industry or management issues into project themes, advancing projects as a consulting salesperson, using business assets across the organization, designing collaboration schemes with other companies, and conducting high-level client discussions and project management.

Required qualifications are experience at a consulting firm in strategy consulting, IT consulting, think-tank consulting, or business consulting, together with project management experience. Preferred experience includes proposing solutions to client executives, sales experience with major listed companies, consulting for the real-estate industry, consulting for the financial industry, and implementation consulting for SaaS, CRM, SFA, or ERP systems.

The position is full-time and permanent, with no fixed contract term. A three-month probationary period applies from the joining date. The assigned location at joining is the headquarters in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo; possible work locations also include company-designated locations and, within the stated scope of changes, offices such as those in Tokyo and Niigata. The company recommends combining attendance at the headquarters office with remote work, and gives a residence guideline of within the Tokyo metropolitan area or within 90 minutes by ordinary train.

Working hours use a flextime system with core hours from 11:00 to 16:00, flexible start hours from 6:00 to 11:00, flexible end hours from 16:00 to 22:00, and standard working hours of eight hours per day. The settlement period runs from the first to the last day of each month. Work beyond prescribed hours may occur. Annual holidays total 125 days, including weekends and public holidays. The posting also states three summer-leave days, three Welcome Leave days usable during probation, and year-end holidays that vary by fiscal year.

Annual compensation is determined individually according to company rules and grade. The structured listing gives an annual range of JPY 8,000,000 to 12,000,000. Estimated annual compensation is monthly salary multiplied by 12 plus bonus. Monthly salary consists of base salary and a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours; additional overtime, holiday, or late-night premiums are paid when their combined amount exceeds that allowance. The posting gives a monthly example of JPY 500,000, comprising JPY 380,900 base salary and JPY 119,100 fixed overtime allowance. Salary revisions and bonuses may each be provided up to twice a year depending on company and individual performance.
