It supports decisions across the three organizations and helps establish a shared management function for the professional-wrestling entertainment business.
The work includes executive and parent-company reporting, budget preparation, budget-versus-actual control, forecasting, KPI monitoring, business-data analysis, and improvement proposals. It also builds business and database foundations, designs operating processes, supports management meetings, and coordinates systems with CyberAgent. Excel or spreadsheets are used for aggregation and analysis, including formulas.
