Enterprise Sales (Field Sales)

This is a field sales role serving large manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and logistics companies. The position supports Hacobu’s logistics DX business, centered on the MOVO product series and including MOVO Berth. The work focuses on helping enterprise customers improve logistics operations and extend initiatives across their organizations.

The role covers the full enterprise sales process. Responsibilities include selecting and planning target accounts, forming hypotheses about customer issues, initiating contact, building relationships with key stakeholders, and helping customers articulate problems that may not yet be clearly defined. Proposals are designed from the customer’s operational workflows and data rather than by applying a fixed package.

The salesperson combines MOVO products and other solutions into proposals, presents to executives and other top-management stakeholders, supports their decision-making, and leads the process through closing. After implementation, the role works with Customer Success, which handles onboarding and upselling, to verify results, pursue cross-selling, expand deployment to additional sites, and support adoption across the customer’s locations as part of broader management reform.

The position sits within Hacobu’s Platform Business Division, the company’s largest business division and the organization responsible for driving growth through the MOVO product group. The division works with enterprise shippers and other customers to establish and expand product use.
