Implementation Consultant

This full-time position leads implementation projects for HR SaaS products and BPaaS services. The consultant works with customers to understand their personnel and labor-management challenges, then plans and carries out onboarding that reduces operational burden as quickly as possible.

The role includes designing an appropriate operating model rather than simply transferring existing procedures. The consultant is expected to identify underlying customer issues, incorporate evolving technologies such as AI, and build sustainable, efficient business processes. Responsibilities also include project schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and support through operational adoption.

Customer feedback gathered during implementation, including feedback on AI functions, is shared with development and business-planning teams to support product and service improvements. The position is part of the HRBPaaS business, which combines SaaS products with BPO support to improve customers’ back-office operations. The work focuses on HR and labor-management functions for small and medium-sized businesses, including payroll and labor administration.

Applicants must have either consulting experience supporting system implementations in the HR field or corporate sales experience in HR involving systems, BPO, or outsourcing services. Preferred experience includes project-management coordination and progress control, as well as knowledge of the Labor Standards Act, tax law, and social insurance related to payroll. Practical experience at a labor and social security attorney office, including customer negotiations, is also welcomed.
