Implementation Design / Operations Manager

Pep Up for WORK is JMDC’s corporate health-management system for health-check administration and stress checks, linked to the Pep Up personal health record platform. The manager leads implementation and operations, connecting corporate HR and occupational-health staff with product teams to make customer-specific processes and data requirements workable at scale. The role translates health-check, employee-master and external-system data needs into procedures; takes operational issues to product managers and engineers as improvements; and builds workflows and manuals for new features. It leads standardization, automation and lasting fixes, while coordinating parallel projects, tracking schedules, tasks, risks and effort, and guiding customer success and team quality. Applicants need around two years leading operations design or improvement in SaaS/BPO, experience standardizing work and managing concurrent projects, and the ability to design and run schedule, task, risk and effort controls. They must collaborate with developers on data specifications, integrations, permissions, APIs or CSV, and negotiate workable customer agreements. Engineering experience is not required.
