This role sits in the Legal Governance Division’s Legal Governance Department 4, supporting Money Forward Consulting, its group companies, and overseas bases in Vietnam, India, and the United States. The team provides legal and governance support around SaaS products, AX consulting, AI, Fintech, and other services as the group expands across domestic and cross-border operations.
The work covers legal consultation for business teams, drafting and reviewing agreements, including NDAs and outsourcing contracts, and legal structuring for new businesses. It also includes assessing legal risks in overseas operations, coordinating with local law firms, supporting subsidiary governance, and advising on labor, intellectual property, personal data, and corporate law compliance. The successful applicant will have at least five years of corporate legal experience in a company or law firm, can prioritize and make decisions using a risk-based approach, and can move matters forward with business teams and external specialists.
