About this role

This role leads marketing for ProOne, a vertical SaaS serving remodeling companies, equipment installation companies, and other businesses in the short-term construction industry. The mission is to generate leads, expand market awareness, and create business meetings while building the functions and organization needed to support business growth.

Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing strategies for lead generation, awareness, and meeting creation; communicating ProOne’s value to the market; and planning, implementing, and operating a broad range of marketing initiatives. Named channels and activities include web advertising, in-house content production, webinars, exhibitions, outbound calls, and other online and offline customer-contact measures. The role also involves organization building, member management, collaboration with other departments, and launching new initiatives. The scope of duties may change to work designated by the company.

Required qualifications include at least three years of practical B2B marketing experience, with SaaS experience preferred. Candidates must have experience generating leads through multiple channels such as web advertising, content marketing, and events including exhibitions, seminars, and webinars. Experience planning, executing, and validating initiatives hands-on from start to finish is required, as is experience with cross-functional projects and collaboration with departments such as sales.

Preferred experience includes marketing in vertical or horizontal SaaS or at a startup; establishing a marketing organization; recruiting and developing members; designing KPIs; selecting and operating marketing tools such as MA and CRM; and developing strategies and achieving results based on a deep understanding of industry issues.

ProOne is designed to optimize the full workflow of the short-term construction market. Its functions cover sales, construction management, and back-office operations, and customers can customize the SaaS themselves without individual custom development. The marketing organization is currently small and is planned to expand by more than 1.5 times as the business grows.
