Lead enterprise account planning and project selling for large companies, uncover DX and back-office challenges, coordinate stakeholders, and propose combined cloud ERP solutions with partners.
This full-time enterprise sales role is part of the ERP Sales Division’s Enterprise Sales team within the business segment. The team provides solution sales across products for the accounting and finance domain. The role focuses on enterprise accounts, including organizations with several thousand employees, and supports company-wide digital transformation rather than isolated system sales.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing account plans, understanding a target company’s management and operational challenges, and developing a medium- to long-term engagement plan. The role identifies and works closely with customer champions, coordinates executives, operational teams, IT departments and other stakeholders, and leads consensus-building through complex approval and decision-making processes. It also includes proposing combined solutions such as Cloud Expense and Cloud Accounts Payable to optimize back-office operations, working with system integrators, consulting firms and alliance partners, managing projects, preparing estimates, completing contracts and expanding use across customer groups.
Required qualifications are at least three years of corporate sales experience, whether selling tangible or intangible products or services; proposal-based sales or project management experience with mid-sized or large companies; and experience building agreement among multiple decision-makers or cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred experience includes significant results in large-enterprise sales, account sales to large companies in SaaS, ERP or IT infrastructure, account planning based on large-company approval processes and organizational structures, and project or project-lead experience in system implementation.
The team is shifting from processing incoming leads toward proactively creating and leading project-selling opportunities that address underlying business needs. The role works with business teams, development teams and external alliance partners while developing account strategies for the enterprise market.
The annual salary range is JPY 6.0 million to JPY 9.0 million, paid monthly at JPY 500,000 to JPY 750,000. The monthly amount includes fixed allowances of JPY 144,555 to JPY 216,770, covering 45 hours of overtime and 40 hours of late-night work. Additional overtime pay is provided for hours exceeding 45. The three-month probationary period has the same conditions as regular employment. The position is based at msb Tamachi Station Tower S 21F, 3-1-21 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Commuting expenses are paid separately based on office attendance and company rules.
The work system is flextime with eight standard working hours, a 60-minute break, flexible hours from 7:00 to 22:00, and core hours of either 10:00 to 15:00 or 9:30 to 14:30. Work beyond the prescribed hours may occur. The work style is hybrid: office attendance is generally required two days per week, three or more days are recommended, and required days may vary by company and team circumstances.
Benefits include social insurance, a nearby housing allowance, a nearby relocation celebration payment, a rent payroll deduction program, health and gynecological checkups, influenza vaccination, book-purchase assistance, a corporate defined-contribution pension, an employee stock ownership plan and discounts for selected rental brokerage, housekeeping, babysitting and online English conversation services. Compensation is reviewed twice yearly, in July and January, and a performance bonus is paid separately and varies with business results. Holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, annual paid leave, three summer days, two winter days and year-end and New Year holidays from December 31 through January 3.
The selection process consists of a casual interview or document screening, first selection, second selection, final selection and an offer discussion. A reference check may be conducted around the final interview. Indoor smoking is generally prohibited, with a smoking room available. Duties and work location may change within the scope designated by the company.
