About this role

The Account Executive will work closely with the new-business lead and product managers to launch Loglass AI IR and secure its initial market traction. The role is responsible for creating the first successful case for the new business and contributing to its growth.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing go-to-market activities, including target selection and outreach methods, then improving them based on market insights. The Account Executive will also help create and execute business plans covering sales targets and business KPIs, acquire new annual recurring revenue, and expand ARR among existing customers.

The sales focus is enterprise acquisition and closing. This includes approaching executives and decision-makers at major companies, identifying underlying management issues, connecting customer needs with product value, and leading the adoption of a new solution through closing. The role will analyze successful deals, develop repeatable sales processes and sales materials, and design a sales-enablement foundation for future team expansion. Customer feedback, both qualitative and quantitative, must be communicated to the development team to support product evolution. The role also supports early customers in realizing product value and creating reference customers.

Loglass AI IR is a new product for CFO and investor-relations professionals. It uses specialized AI to convert communications between companies and investors into accurate text, including technical terminology, and is described as reducing work hours by more than 90%. It also structures and visualizes dialogue data so that investor interests and concerns can be used in management decisions. The product is in its launch phase.

Applicants must have at least three years of B2B solution-sales experience. SaaS or IT-solution experience is preferred, as is strong motivation to achieve targets and commitment to numerical results. Preferred additional experience includes enterprise sales, work in a startup environment, launching a new business or selling a product in a zero-to-one phase, CRM or SFA, selling or launching AI/LLM products, and corporate finance. The posting also seeks logical thinking, the ability to identify essential issues, willingness to update knowledge and skills quickly, alignment with the company’s values, and proactive action in uncertain environments.
