For the procurement track, the required background is at least three years of procurement or sales experience involving semiconductors or electrical components, knowledge of semiconductor components for procurement and selection, and experience managing quantities with Microsoft Office. Deep technical expertise is not required. For the DX promotion track, applicants need skills in data management and visualization using Microsoft Office, BI tools, or similar technologies, together with at least five years of procurement management experience or system development experience. Experience working with overseas suppliers is welcomed.

The position requires communication and negotiation skills when coordinating with related departments inside and outside the organization. English ability at a level sufficient for email communication or above is required, and English conversation may be needed at certain times. Business-level Japanese equivalent to Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 or higher is also required.

The work location is Tokyo, Japan. Depending on the components handled, overseas business trips may occur approximately once per quarter.
