The work focuses on post-acquisition PMI, management support for group companies, business strategy, business planning, and growth initiatives. The position may also provide missing functions such as planning, sales, or administration so that group companies can operate and develop effectively. It will coordinate with JMDC headquarters and other group companies to create synergies and may be involved in launching new businesses. Specific assignments will be discussed based on the candidate’s interests and previous experience.
